I have used SAM DJ for many years but recently since I have upgraded (I am using the latest 2021.6 version, the software just stops working and closes down. Which means I have to restart the program again. I though it was a problem with my laptop so installed the software on my new laptop (I am still using Windows 10), but the problem happened again last night.

I am guessing that there is some glitch in the software. Is there a patch to solve it or am I doing something wrong. I am using the layout size of 1024 X 720.

Thanks beforehand
Steve

Any reported error in the error log? Have you gone backward to a lower version of SAMDJ to see if the error persists?

The error never happened with my old versions. It has only happened in the upgrade. I don't get an error message either. It simply closes down leaving me to restart the program. I used it this morning and the same thing happened. It is alo intermittent so I have no idea when it will happen. It happened just once this morning but about 4 times last night. I have also noticed the sound coming out of the bluetooth speakers has a different tone. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Suggest you install a previous version. Contact Spacial support about your issue but without and verifiable logs they most likely won't be of much help. You can find previous versions on this page: viewtopic.php?f=20&t=28106&start=15

Before I contact the support I want to try something. I downloaded the 32 bit version of the software as the upgrade but my laptop is 64 bit. Not sure if this will solve the problem but I want to try it. However I can't see the 64 bit version in my personal order site. It is just the 32 bit version. Where is the 64 bit version stored on the Spacial site?

I had the same problem after the upgrade. Also tried to reinstall, but there was no result. Later I switched to the previous version and everything worked. If you're looking for high quality music then go to https://www.styngr.com. There is a huge library of songs for video games.

The error never happened with my old versions. It only occurred during the upgrading. I also don't receive an error message. It simply exits, requiring me to restart the application. This morning when I utilised it, the same thing occurred. I have no idea when it will happen because it is also intermittent. Only once this morning. however it happened around four times yesterday night. Additionally, I've noticed that the tone of the sound coming from the Bluetooth speakers is different. I'm not certain if it is relevant.
