ok. I have been looking thru the board, the help section and everywhere i can think of. What I want SAM to do is to play a specific track every 30 or 60 minutes throughout the day automaticly, but I can't figure out how.

I am pretty much a complete newb when it comes to SAM so nice and detailed instructions would be most appreciated.
