Hi all.
I use version 2021.4 and have a rather intrusive "money jingling" sound come through the sound output when a track is playing and the mic is active.
It creeps in every 20-30 seconds or so, and lasts about 3-5 seconds.
If I pause the music mid-interference, the sound stops. If I turn my mic off (on the mixing console), the noise never happens.
This has been happening for weeks. Since it began, I have bought a new mini mixer, and a new mic, and it still continues.
The interference can be heard when I talk on the mic in my headphones (and on the stream 15 seconds later).
When the mic is turned off (in SAM), I can still hear the interference continue in my headphones (but not in the stream...the music on its own is fine).
So, my headphones are always listening to the music PLUS the 'live' mic, PLUS the interference.
The stream only gets the interference when the music and mic are live in SAM.
Am I doing something simple wrong?
I've been using SAM for 15 years without this issue before (although admittedly, I was using a USB headset/mic for the first 14 years of that). It's only in the past year I been using mixing consoles. And only the past month I hear the "money jingling" sound.
