Good Morning. I purchased and installed SAM Broadcaster PRO on November 15, 2021. I am Running Win10 Home Edition. Using Logitech H800 Wireless Headset. Ears are fine. Mic is so low it's barely audible.

All my Win10 sound settings for the mic is 100%. It works in Skype. I changed my Skype default settings to make sure its not overriding SAM.

The most frustrating part is that a friend is using Win10 and the same headset with SAM and it sounds great. Our Windows settings are identical...so I'm assuming its something in SAM Broadcaster (our settings in SAM coiicidentally are identical as well).

At this point, I feel compelled to ask..is there a volume setting for the default microphone in SAM Pro? Perhaps you could comment on the required Windows settings as well as the SAM Broadcaster configs to make this work.

I would really appreciate some assistance with solving this.
