It's an AudioRealm error => Your SAM cannot connect to AudioRealm.com. AudioRealm is currently down or very slow in connectivity.

Thank you, very strange as Spacial has responded to my ticket stating it is my network issues. I have done all I could with my router and ordered a new one. Even my ISP has confirmed several times there are no issues with my network. The issues occurred only recently.

We seem to have an invalid SSL issue and it wont update to the latest sam broadcaster software. any suggestions on how to fix this?

AudioRealm going down is VERY common. We get that error on a regular basis, sometimes days on end, then it will disappear for a while. Since AudioRealm was only to proxy requests, and we now handle requests with a custom API, we just ignore it and it does not ever effect our broadcast.

what version of SAM do you need? there's a list of all versions here -
