I like your layouts, they are clean and fresh.
I noticed the requester is required to login in. Are you using any sort of CMS for this?
I've long been interested in having requests go through some form of validation.

I'm starting a second station and am interested in going a new direction with the interface. Have you made more templates other than the 2 posted above?

Truly apologise for the delayed reply, I've not been receiving notifications for any messages...
Currently I'm in the middle of relocating so my sites are offline but once i'm back online fully I'll be creating some more templates, though I can do specific layouts if you'd like
The request feature I have is a members only system which works well to limit abuse of the system...

I can once I've got sorted build a member registration system with pfofiles for your members, blogs, forums, galleries, etc
I can also build a paypal IPN system should you like people to pay for advertising space on your site
