i would love for my sam htmlweb request page to have a dedication and name in the request box that pops out, please can someone help me with that. many thanks,

You can build your own dedication Page with php for example. Festerhead once had a script for that called "SongRequester.com" and I can give you the Source for it. With Audiorealm you're at the sole descretion of Spacial
