There should be the option of no option to automatically clean up the database, say once a night/week or whatever.

The historylist grows indefinately and never gets cleared? If you syncronize your database to your webhost they will not give you unlimited space :) Also it will slow down queries to those tables.

At current we have 76,000 historylist items, totalling 9.8MB of data.

If there was an automatic cleanup It would be great.
