Sam broadcaster.
I was all registered and setup properly. It came to pass that i had to change the stations media url. Now I cannot get stat graphs and etc. I have spent 90 min trying to find where to update station details. Might someone point me please?

Well yes, I've spent a few hours clicking around there trying to find where to change he media url. Is why I came here. It may be easier to delete my station and list it again, but I fear that could cause me more problems than any resolution. A pointer to where one changes the radio station detail (no, not the obvious one there, the station media url), or a path to resolution. I'd really like to keep stats on usage/listenership.
Thank you much for pointing me as you did though, good to know someone hears me. :)

By "media URL" are you meaning the URL for your stream?

If it's changing, just change it in your encoders. As long as you're station ID is registered w/ AudioRealm, and you have Statistic Relays set up pointing to the new address as well, then that's all you need to do. Once done, I'd give it up to 24 hours for AudioRealm to have it updated.

Yes, it changed once, some months ago. Stat relays were adjusted at the time. All is well here then, i t must be an issue with audiorealm. Nonetheless, i will recreate the encode r and stat relays in SAM just because. Thank you

So, yes, I did redo the encoder, and statistic relays in SAM, and now the player works on the player at audiorealm. Hopefully graphs will kick in within 24 hrs as aforementioned. Thank you for the helpful advice

Which graphs? The ones in SAM Broadcaster, or the ones on AudioRealm's site?

The ones at the AudioRealm site. Damned if I can figure out how to get them working again. Would be grand to resolve

Still no resolution.
Am I the only one experiencing this issue?

I would suggest contacting the main support desk as we have no access to these graphs from here in the volunteer forum. Please click SUPPORT above and submit a ticket.
