hello I am getting warning TOUCH ABORTED: AT LEAST ONE RELAY MUST BE ACTIVE, < on first song played through autiorealm after first song the rest of the songs are getting > TOUCH ERROR: DATABASE ERROR OCCURRED. PLEASE TRY AGAIN OR CONTACT SUPPORT. please help i have no radio on web. this has been doing this for 2 days now. I dont use sql .. I only drag and drop songs into que.....

Touch Aborted can be caused by any of the following:
1) No Audiorealm account set in the SAM Settings
2) No Station shortname set in the SAM Settings for Audiorealm
3) No Statistics relays
4) You have at least one statistic relay set up but it's set to private
5) An error on Spacials Websites (especially audiorealm.com is known for sporadic faults)


The Touch Error is is kinda misleading. It's not about YOUR database, but about the database powering the audiorealm.com website.
It's not unusual for the audiorealm website/the backend service to fail every few months for a few hours to a few days.
You'll just have to wait and sit this out. At least after you or anyone else has reported the issue to the spacial officials via the official ticket system:

Thank you Mastacheata : I have put in trouble ticket , so I guess the rest is a waiting game. I do have all that you mentioned in settings (shortname, relays etc. etc.) again ty very much for your response..

i opened the warning on touch's and heres what I got

Nothing to be conerned with we 'old timers' see this message frequently when AudioREalm servers have an issue, does not affect your stream.

You (and your listeners) can still tune into your stream via the stream server's URL or via the shoutcast/icecast Yellow Pages / Directory.
That's true even if you are hosting your stream with spacialnet (at least as far as their public info on that stream hosting goes)
