Hello -

We are a Gospel music internet radio station that justs needs a little help from time to time with SAM Broadcaster. Our tech who setup SAM for us some years ago is no longer able to always update things and resolve issues in a timely fashion. So, we are trying to get some backup help. Not much help - but occasionally setup or fix a PAL script. Troubleshoot some issues that cause the station to not play from time to time. We are not looking for a full time person, but someone that can fix what is broken when it happens or setup enhancements, as needed. If you can be our backup tech and are pretty comfortable with SAM, PAL scripts and troubleshooting, then please contact me.

Didn't you post this very same request in one of the other subforums before?

Freelance platforms like Fiverr, Freelancer.com or Upwork are fine if you have a rather generic task or one from a field that has many professionals.
I doubt that SAM fits in one of those categories.

If you need help with SAM, your best bet is the forum.
For paid help countrywesterndj built the website palscripts.com. I'm not sure about the people listed there. Cwdj and I are still available for performing jobs.

I think countrywesterndj has better availability than me (especially because he's in the US and I'm in Germany - Timezones might make communication problematic) and if it's not time critical you can always ask in the forums.

Thanks. I did post it twice, because after I posted it the 1st time, I was not aware that it takes time to approve and I thought I did something wrong. So, I reposted it another category. As to hitting up Fiverr, I will. I just thought this would be a better place to find help with S.A.M. I don't have a specific problem. My station runs. I just wanted to have a tech on hand who was familiar with our station's setup and not only could help with putting out fires if they arise, but also consulting us on keeping the station running smoothly. 5 years ago I could've recommended a dozen people that were happy to take you up on that offer.
